Forelox sp. z o.o., Głogowska 82/22, 60-741 Poznań, Poland, offers a voluntary 30 day return period from delivery for Rivoara shower filters and shower filter packages purchased through rivoara.com. It applies in all countries we deliver to, including discounted offers.
You may install the shower filter and try it in normal use. If you are not satisfied, you may return it. A cartridge used during the trial is included. We do not deduct any loss of value for normal trial use. For a package, please return all package contents.
Tell us you wish to return your purchase by emailing info@rivoara.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number if possible. Prior approval is not required. Then send the goods to the return address below within 14 days.
We refund the price actually paid for the returned goods and any standard delivery charges, using your original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
You pay the direct return postage costs. We do not charge handling or restocking fees. Your statutory rights apply to defective or incorrectly delivered goods; we cover return costs where required by those rights.
This voluntary return offer supplements your statutory right of withdrawal. You may exercise your statutory rights for defective goods free of charge; these rights are not restricted. Previously promised guarantees continue under their original terms.

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You can declare your withdrawal by an unambiguous email to info@rivoara.com or through our withdrawal function. Including your order number helps us identify your purchase. Prior approval is not required.

You bear the direct return shipping costs as stated in our withdrawal instructions. Your statutory rights apply to returns of defective or incorrectly delivered goods.

Contact us if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
Return conditions
Our withdrawal instructions explain the statutory conditions, exceptions and rules on any compensation for loss of value. Using a product does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.
Statutory withdrawal rights generally also apply to discounted items.

Refunds
For a statutory withdrawal, we refund your payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
